Supervising
Minister of Education, Nyesom Wike, is now allegedly on the run. Wike,
as a source in Rivers State informed this magazine, quickly left the
city after the attack on Senator Magnus Abe by the police on Sunday.
We gathered that the Minister zoomed out of Port Harcourt through the East-West road, which leads to Bayelsa State, President Goodluck Jonathan’s hometown.
We also learnt that Wike feared he might be attacked by some angry youths in the metropolis, having been fingered in the attack by the Chief of Staff to Governor Rotimi Amaechi, Tony Okocha.
